We are looking for a young talent who would join us in a full-time basis for "Management Step-Up Program", a trainee in B2C Sales/Property Operation/B2B Sales in 3 years. This is an opportunity for someone who would like to start a career at a start-up and to hope experiencing various types of works in a short time.
JOB HIGHLIGHT
- Being a candidate of future management members of a growing start-up in the hospitality industry.
- Taking 3 roles as a trainee in 3 major functions of the business (B2C Sales/Property Operation/B2B Sales) in 3 years.
- After 3 years, taking one of the 3 roles that you experience, or possibly other functions within the company.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1st year:
Assistant of E-commerce & Revenue Management @ Sales Department of Corporate Office.
- Managing OTA (online travel agents) channel to maximize room revenue of multiple properties by closely working with senior members of the department.
- Managing hotel website and booking engine to maximize room revenue in the direct channel.
- Analyze, study competitors, and compare with past room revenue records to come up with best pricing strategy and continuously update room rate and promotions on OTAs.
2nd year:
KokoStar (Guest Service Agent) @ a Kokotel property in Bangkok or other cities.
- Work at a property as a front office staff and F&B service staff to learn how the operation work at a hotel.
- Closely work with management members of a property.
3rd year:
Assistant of Business Development @ Business Development Department of Corporate Office.
- Working for a goal of signing management contract to sell Kokotel?s operation service to hotel owners
- Creating proposal and P&L estimate for hotel owners.
- Dealing with owners to arrange meetings, drafting contracts, negotiation, etc. together with senior members of the department.
4th year and later:
Stepping up within the organization.
- You and the company management will have a discussion to choose a long-term career within the organization.
- The permanent role can be from one of the 3 roles that you experience as a trainee.
- The permanent role can be a position that is outside of the 3 roles also; pre-opening management, off-line sales, branding/marketing, corporate strategy, etc.
